- Same venue at the Bowen Ranch Round House
- More singletrack….yes….MORE!
- Registration is now open here.
- Equal pay out to top 3 men and women. ($400, $250, $150 and $100 to the 4th and 5th mens overall finisher).

Where can we go to see the course? Is it the same as 2010?
So far we have the first 35 miles set. Not sure on the last 15 for the 50 mile course. It’s not the same as last year except the routes over Mundy’s and back over Hitt Canyon.
Would 32 x 21 on a 29er SS be an OK setup for the new course?
Last year’s SS winner was on a 32×19. SICK! If you are super fit and don’t mind running a couple climbs, then a 21 is probably the ticket.
I was hoping you could share tyre suggestions for the area. I’ll be riding a 29″ wheel. Thanks!
We suggest a large volume tire with smaller knobs. Something with a reliable sidewall is a good idea as well.
Can you tell me first off what the time cut would be and second what part of the course what said time cut cover. Also would there be multiple time cuts?

Is the ridiculously hard, rock covered, scree field still part of the Munday’s gap descent?

Is there an opportunity to have drinks/supplies/food/etc. transported from the start to one of the aid stations?
Yes. There is one feedzone at the venue, and 2 on the west side of the mountains. We will have vehicles taking drop bags to those feedzones.
The package pickup will be ate the venue on saturday?
Yes from 12 to 5.
are the results going to come out here. i linked this site to atlinks.com and they posted the reslts incorrectly fom 2009!
Wife Janet raced in the 20011 puzzler….I sent some pictures….a customer came in to the bike store (Janet is a mechanic) recognized her from the pictures…..raved about how good she did. Problem…I’ve tried to find them on your site are thy some where else ? I’m Puzzled
all i find are things from 2010….where are the puzzler results from 2011….where are the pictures
